- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes. The free plan needs only an email address and no card. You see the first 25 results of any search, so you can check that the data fits your mandate before upgrading.
- Where does the data come from?
- From the official company registers. UK companies come from the Companies House register, refreshed every month. Swedish companies will come from Bolagsverket’s open data for limited companies (aktiebolag).
- Which UK companies are included?
- Active limited companies, PLCs and LLPs that file full, group, medium or small accounts. Micro-entities, dormant companies and companies that have never filed accounts are left out, because they are rarely relevant for an acquisition.
- How is company size decided?
- In the UK the register does not publish turnover, so size follows the accounts a company files: full or group accounts are shown as large, medium-company accounts as medium, and small-company accounts as small. Each company page links to its filings so you can check the numbers.
- Do you store personal data about directors?
- No. The screener stores company-level information only. Director details stay on the official register, which each company page links to.
- When will Swedish companies be available?
- As soon as access to Bolagsverket’s data is approved. Your plan covers both countries, so Sweden appears in the screener at no extra cost.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from the billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
